It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phoebe B. Brymer of Spencer, Tennessee, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Rufus Brymer; and her siblings, Elwood Hale, E. J. Johnson, Joene Hale, Selma Ford and Ruth Frady.
She is survived by : her siblings, Dale Johnson, Margie Dukes (Elmer), Margaret Price (Wayne) and Betty Jo Brewer; and her caregivers, Pete, Darlene Hale, Hannah and Gage Rigsby. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
