She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Alwin and Mary Beckham Erickson; her daughters, Jodie Alwin and Vickie Whitehead; and her siblings, David Alwin and Julie Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband James Palk; her children, Jessie Alwin, Sami McClain (Layton) and Michael Franklin (Tracey); and her siblings, Michael Alwin, Cindy Hale and Beverly Goldie (Lyle).
