She is survived by: her daughter Freda Akin (Bill); her granddaughters, Wendy (Shannon), Crystal (Curtis) and Amber (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Alex, Tucker and Cooper; her siblings, Max Smith (Mary) and Juanita Ballard; her brothers-in-law, Bill Manchester and Jim; her caregiver Margaret Henderson; Sandra Turner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
