She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Hul and Margret Mildred Shablon Mullins; her husband Charles Noe; her son Charles Noe, Jr.; and her brother Clifford Mullins.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Charles James; her siblings, Bennie Mullins, Marilyn Bumgardner (Charles), Sandy Mullins, Helen Farley (Chester), Naomi Mullins, Debbie Mullins and Annette Mullins; her brothers-in-law, Ronnie James and Donnie James; and her close friends, Tracy Moore, Joe Human and Mason "Rooster" South. She is also survived by several grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
