She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Dickens and Maggie Baker Dickens; her husband William Harnishfeger; her brother Howard W. Dickens; and her great grandchild Colin Francis Loebig.
She is survived by: her children, Robert High (Betty) of Monroe, Ohio, Patricia Hensley (Mike) of Hamilton, Ohio and Jackie Farrer (Dennis) of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania; her brother Ronnie Dickens (Kay) of Gallatin, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Shannon Navin (Eric), Michael Hensley (Jamie), Barbara Daniels (Michael), Stephen High, Nicole Loebig (Bobby) and Adam Mathias (Cristina); and her great grandchildren, Spencer Navin, Kinlee, Melissa May, Sebastian, Xavier Daniels, Camryn, Robby Loebig, Joseph and Joshua Mathias.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice of Cincinnati or Cure Alzheimer's Fund in Fran's memory.
