He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Perry and Estalena Perry; and his siblings, Claude Perry, Lloyd Frank Perry, Nellie Swafford, Jack Perry, Ernest Perry, Pauline Burnett, Vada Edwards, Ruby Treadway and Lissie Barnett.
He is survived by : his wife Eldeena Long Perry; his daughter Lisa King of Dayton; his sister Eula Mae Reed; and his grandchildren, Hilary King Lusk and Zach King. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
