He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Dorman Hale of Spring City, Tennessee; his sons, James Keith Hale of Sale Creek, Tennessee and Kristopher Hale of Sale Creek, Tennessee; his stepchildren, Stacia Bower, TJ Leffew and Wesley Leffew; his sister Kim Ezell of Spring City, Tennessee; and his close friend Beth Porter of Grandview, Tennessee.
