Nancy Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2026, at the age of 98, Nancy Smith of Spring City, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Smith to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Jackson and Sydney Dake Aikman; her husband Earl Mack Smith; and her siblings, Margaret Tallent, Elizabeth Aikman, Helen Aikman, Sue Shaver, Laverne Aikman and Jack Aikman.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Smith (Melissa) of Tullahoma, TN and DeAna Arnold (Farrell) of Dayton; her brother Bob Aikman (Bennie) of Dayton; her grandchildren, Sarah Smith (Preston), Katie Arnold (Will Newman), Evan Smith (Megan) and Chad Arnold (Kirsten); her great grandchildren, Ensley Smith, Mack Smith, Cade Smith, Henry Newman and Ella Smith; and her friend Nancy Jo McClendon of Spring City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vaughn Funeral Home (150 New Lake Rd, Spring City, TN 37381). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
