She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Eugene and Gladys Landis Spicknall; her husband Jerome Carter; her siblings, Jimmy, Stevie and Billy Spicknall; and her great grandchild Kristi Napier.
She is survived by: her daughter Toni Napier (Ron) of Spring City, Tennessee; her brother Thomas Spicknall of Spring City, Tennessee; her sister-in-law Geri Spicknall of Spring City, Tennessee; her granddaughter Jennifer Coyle (Brian) of Spring City, Tennessee; her great grandchild Cameron Coyle of Spring City, Tennessee; and her close friend Louise Myles of Spring City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to the Senior Lighthouse Center, 135 Ferguson Dr., Spring City, TN 37381 in her memory.
