He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howard and Irene Goforth Howard; and his siblings, Martha Ann Holbert, Lester Ray "Buck" Howard and Paul Ed Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Howard of Spring City; his daughters, Tennile Smith (Cliff) of Spring City, Heather Howard of Spring City, Holly Howard of Vidalia and Georgia; his sister Reba Jean Womac of Riceville; his grandchildren, C. J., Karley, A. J., Javier, Miguel, Amelia, Raemi, Eli, Lucy and Eden; his godchildren, April and Hugo Veliz; Madison, Ava Brooklyn and Landon.
