William Salyer Obituary
It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved William Salyer of Spring City, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 85, on June 1, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Salyer and Anita Taylor Salyer; his sister Patricia Banks; and his nephew Bobby Banks. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ann Salyer of Spring City, Tennessee; his children, William "Billy" Salyer, Pamela Anne Salyer of Knoxville and Penny Covington of Crossville, Tennessee; his pets, Moe and Curly; his brother-in-law Tom Banks of Spring City, Tennessee; his niece Lori Armstrong of Spring City, Tennessee; and his nephew Tom Banks, Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia.. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vaughn Funeral Home (150 New Lake Rd, Spring City, TN 37381). The military honors will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Spring City Memorial Gardens (20272 Rhea County Hwy, Spring City, TN 37381).
