She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Schrotenboer and Geraldine Schrotenboer (Hietbrink); her former spouse Bert Jager; her husband Dick DeVries; her daughter-in-law Beth; her children, Sheryll Hirschi (Kleigh) of Parowan, Randy Jager (Lori) of Wayland, Tom Jager (Beth Yates) of Spring Hill and Chuck Jager (Mary Jo) of Stevensville, Michigan; her stepchildren, Nancy SwiftBird, Chuck DeVries (Linda), Carol Risse (Wes), Marty DeVries (Shirley), Keith DeVries and Hein Nguyen; her siblings, Yvonne Reiffer of Grandville, Rich Schrotenboer (Lin) of Middleville and Ron Schrotenboer (Joan) of Wayland, Michigan; her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Tolsma (John) of Hamilton and Susan Jager-Coleman; and her grandchildren, Levi Hirschi (Ann), Klint Hirschi (Michelle), Randy Jager (Jessica), Brian Jager, Katie Rewa (Tom), Sarah Smith (Dan), Colby Cothron (Jessica), Chloe Rowe (Chase), Mayci Yates, Drew Jager and Sam Jager. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren.
