We announce the death of Carol Ann Zapka in Spring Hill, Tennessee, who passed away on June 21, 2026, at the age of 83. Carol Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Novak and Adeline Novak (Masenas); her husband Stephen Paul Zapka; and her siblings, Chester Novak (Beverly), Mary Janetzke (Ronnie) and Helen Baltazar (Frank).
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Paul Zapka (Judy) and Ann Marie Riker; her grandchildren, Lauren Seneczko (Jake), Matthew Zapka, Andrew Zapka, Lindsey Riker and Lillian Riker; her great grandchild Savannah Seneczko; and her siblings-in-law, Frank Baltazar and Judy Strojny (Ronald). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Carol worked for and retired from the American Cancer Society after more than 25 years of dedicated service.
