With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Claudette Arlene Cayton in Spring Hill, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2025 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Robinson and Clarice Robinson; her husband Maurice Cayton; and her sister Diane Baker. She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Cayton Bass; her son-in-law Daniel Bass; her grandchild Davin Bass; her son Douglas Cayton; and her grandchildren, Tosha Flowers, Courtney Elder, Ashley Sams, Shannon Cayton, Amber Campbell and Britton Cornell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home & Cremation Services (5239 Main St, Spring Hill, TN 37174). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the GoFundMe campaign supporting her son-in-law, Daniel Bass, as he battles AML Leukemia.
