He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd V. Puckett and Flora Puckett (Earls); and his brother John Loyd Puckett. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Puckett (Fields) of Spring Hill, Tennessee; his daughter Cindy Hoag (Scott) of Spring Hill, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Anna Bellinger of Spring Hill, Rachel Tripp (Chene) of Adrian, Michigan and Cameron Hoag of Spring Hill, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Donald 's honor to Lighthouse Baptist Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
