He was predeceased by: his son Bruce Neely; his parents, Noel Neely and Margaret Whitney Neely; and his siblings, Dan Neely, Janice Riordan and Cheryl Berning.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his granddaughters, Emily Brewer (Caiden) and Nikki Hinsdale (James); and his sister Nancy Brogden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 700 Cool Springs Blvd, Franklin, TN 37067.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that acts of kindness be performed in Duane's memory, reflecting the way he lived his life. Donations may also be made to the American Cancer Society, in memory of his son Bruce, or the American Heart Association.
