He was predeceased by: his friend Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Vela Pyke; his children, Steven, Andrew, Ryan, David Jones (Becky), Adam, Whitney, Dean Bankes (Barbie), Tristan and Aidan; his brother Bruce; his nephews, Bruce Jr. and Adam; his niece Linda; Andrew, Gary and Eleanor.
