She was predeceased by : her parents, Lowery Bond Chambers and Ione Ford Anthony Chambers; her husband Irvin Daniel Lewis, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Tom DeMoss. She is survived by : her children, Trey Lewis (Meredith) of Hendersonville and Renee Lewis Lively of Spring Hill; her sister Sandra DeMoss of Hendersonville; her son-in-law Kenny Livey; her grandchildren, Bryce Lewis, Ryan Lewis, Kensley Lively (Kevin Flores), Katey Lively, Carter Lively, Alex Lively and Sara Lively; and her great grandchildren, Braden Hayes, Elle Flores, Maddyn Flores, Ava Lively-Brown and Baker Lively.
