She is survived by: her parents, Charles Michael Forton and Denise Kae Flagg; her daughters, Elizabeth and Kaede; the father of her children William Ohlrich; her brother Justin; her sister-in-law Sarah Forton; and her half-sister Tammie Hueter.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Spring Hill Memorial (5239 Main St, Spring Hill, TN 37174).
