Scruggs, Jr. (Jenna), Jessica Gaines (Antonio) and William Scruggs (Latoria Lee); his grandchildren, Madison Jeffries, Anthony Scruggs, Emily Jeffries, Bryson Scruggs, Jazmyne Scruggs, Brielle Scruggs and Bella Scruggs; his sister Ethel Mai Scruggs; his sisters-in-law, Sadie Forrest and Dorothy Forrest; his brothers, James Thomas Scruggs, John Wayne Scruggs and Mike Edwards; his mother-in-law Jessie Mary McKissack; his brother-in-law James McKissack; and his aunt Mary Etta Forrest. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
