He is survived by : his wife Anita Sue Hines Hooter of Spring Hill; his son Ricky Dale Hooter (Shawna) of Spring Hill; his sister Melody Delynn Steers (Kevin) of Spring Hill; his brothers-in-law, Bill Hines (Rosie), Ron Hines (Cletar) and Byron Hines (Sharon); his grandchildren, Ashley Bishop (Shawn), Christian Hooter, Jordan Hooter and Liam Hooter; his great grandchild Ryman Magnolia Bishop; his niece Torri Stell (A. G.); his nephew Parker Steers; and his great-nephews, Fletcher Stell, Foster Stell and Fisher Stell. He is also survived by many other nephews and nieces.
