He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jack Clayton Collings and Mary Boyd Cravens Collings; and his former wife Nelda Barton Collings. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Meagan Boyd Morrison (Jonathan), James Kerrick Collings (Alexandra) and Jonathan David Collings (Rachel); his grandchildren, Rosemary Christine, Clayton Fuell and Halle Ann; his siblings, David Andrew Collings (Lea Ann), Mary Beth Durham (Terry) and Julie Estes (David); and his close friend Max. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
