In loving memory of McClellan R. Nicholson of Spring Hill, Tennessee, who departed this world on June 12, 2025 at the age of 85. McClellan leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eula May and Eddie L. Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Debbie.

“Rev. Mac and I served in neighboring churches when he was in Rushsylvania and I was at Huntsville/Hopewell. We'd meet for coffee at least once a month. i always looked forward to that meeting because it was filled with good fellowship and laughter. So sorry to hear that he has passed to be with the Lord. He will be missed by so many whose lives he touched. My prayers and sympathy go out to Debbie.”

“Mac was a wonderful colleague and friend when I served Bigelow church in Portsmouth and he was at Valley. We served together on the board of West End. Ministries, a great ecumenical outreach ministry. Mac’s energy and enthusiasm were contagious and very helpful to me as a young pastor. We also enjoyed some great times on the golf course. I send my blessings and prayers for comfort to Debbie and all the family. Steve Harsh”
