He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Culver and Sheri (Wayne); his husband Daniel Day; his family Michael; his sister Dianna Unruh (Brent) of Derby, KS; his nephew Matt Unruh (Gwen) of Wichita, KS; his niece Jenay Wallace (Jon) of Derby, KS; and his great-nieces, Keira, Wren and Hollyn.
In lieu of flowers, we are honoring one of Michael's favorite Organizations and a cause he believed in: The Arbor Day Foundation, where a tree can be planted in his honor in a National Park.
