He was predeceased by: his parents, Orman Dexter Cook, Sr. and Mary Lorraine Morrison; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his siblings, James Cook, Sheila Cook, Rena Cook, Kaye Burchwell and Alex Cook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
