He is survived by: his wife Amy Shoaf Wurth; his parents, Joseph Anthony Wurth and Margaret "Peg" Clausen Wurth; his sons, Colton A. Wurth and Dagan R. Wurth; his brother Robert A. Wurth (Leta Chavez); his parents-in-law, Phillip A. and Jana L. Shoaf; and his brothers-in-law, Kent M. Shoaf (Stacey) and Brandon S. Shoaf (Kristyl). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
