She was predeceased by: her father Leonard David Lewis. She is survived by: her husband David Cook of Spring Hill, Tennessee; her mother Linda Cursey of Jackson, Tennessee; her son Logan Sorrels of Memphis, Tennessee; her sister Holly Lewis (Travis Williams); and her children, Hayden and Hayes Lewis of Jackson, Tennessee..
Visitation was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home (650 High St, Huntingdon, TN 38344). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
