She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Catherine Donnell Cron and Charles Hayden Cron. She is survived by: her children, Nicholas (Morgan) and Emily Hagewood; and her brothers, Pat (Jannifer) and Dave Cron (Linda). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations on Kay's behalf to Alive Hospice of Nashville.
