He is survived by: his sister Margaret Garst; his children, Jeff Garst (Michelle) and Julie Grant (Wayne); his grandchildren, Josh Grant, Grant Garst (Rachel), Maegan Smith (Tommy), Kristina Grant and Audrey Grant; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Mason Grant, Grantley and Presley Garst; his great great grandchild Neyland Werner; and his father-in-law Poppy.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (403 N Main St, Franklin, KY 42134). A rosary was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
