It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Hayes of Springfield, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 98, on October 1, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Warren G; her son Rick; her parents, Henry Stokes and Bertha Stokes; and her siblings, Granville, Arnold (Rosalie), Raymond (Faye), Geneva (Jim Cooksey), Helen (Homer Barbee) and Imogene (Romie Robertson).
She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn; her granddaughter Krista; her great grandchild Kendra; her brother Jack Stokes; and her sister-in-law Shirley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great-nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Union Cemetery (200 E Ray St, Dickson, TN 37055).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alive Hospice, Springfield First United Methodist Church, or to a charity of your choice.
