Osa will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Guy and Flossie Meadors Guy; and her husband Bobby Clinard. She is survived by: her children, Joe Welch (Brenda) of Clarksville, Mike Welch (Karen) of Hopkinsville, KY, William "Bill" Welch of Dover and Bonnie Elmore (Tracy) of Greenbrier. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Robertson County Funeral Home (2201 Memorial Blvd, Springfield, TN 37172). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Crescent Hill Cemetery.
