He is survived by: his children, Kyle Lee (Betsy), Chad Duchow, Shelby Atty and Ashley Whitaker (Joshua); his grandchildren, Kristin Moore, Joshua Hopkins (Heather), Jacob Hopkins, Sasha Lee, Stephen Lee and Kaley Duchow; and his great grandchildren, Aubrielle Moore, Braxton Davis and Beau Hopkins.
