Though Roy may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Roy leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Smith and Dorothy Boothe Smith; his sister Brenda Smith Boor; and his stepmother Jozelle Hamilton Smith. He is survived by: his wife Freda Smith; his daughters, Teresa Traut (Alan) and Lisa Wilson; his grandchildren, Tyler Wilson (Cara), Allison Timaji and Adam Timaji (Annalise); his brother Michael Smith (Joan); and his brother-in-law Brian Boor. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Springfield Memorial Gardens (4005 Memorial Blvd, Springfield, TN 37172).
