He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kelley and Mary Kelley; and his brother-in-law David Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kelley; his children, Kris Kelley (Robin) and Brandie Kelley; his stepson Joey Pipes (Jackie); and his sister Tracey Holmes. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
