He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Moore and Doris Linkogle Moore; and his former wife Patricia Moore. He is survived by: his spouse Lea Calipay Moore; his stepdaughter Julie Ann Swarringin of Staunton, IL; his siblings, Jan Kreutzberg (Gary) of Highland, IL, Sally Linkogle of Edwardsville, IL, Terry Ann Moore of East Alton, IL, Kelly Mattozzi of Virginia, Mike Moore (Wanda) of East Alton, IL and Pat Moore of Godfrey, IL; and his stepgranddaughter Carley Swarringin.
