She is survived by: her husband Stanley Cook; her sons, Bill Cook of Weedsport, NY and Al Cook (Ann) of Monroe, CT; her siblings, Cindy Hansen of Pine Bush, NY and Jack Thompson of Walk Hill, NY; and her grandchildren, Maddy Cook and Catie Cook.
