He is survived by: his children, Julie Leeann Medlock of Springville and Jesse James Medlock of Springville; his siblings, Rhonda Parker of Manleyville, TN, Rebecca Canady of Atwood, TN and Robert Medlock; and his granddaughter Ella Grace Ashby.
