He was predeceased by: his parents, John Penzenik and Mary Cartwright Penzenik; his former wives, Sharon, Rachel and Ruth; and his son-in-law Tom Price.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva; his children, Lori Price and Richard Penzenik (Sue); his brother John Penzenik (Maureen); his grandchildren, Christopher (Amy), Shannon (Eric), Colleen (Joe), Steven, Andrew, Samantha (Brandon), Robert and Danielle; and his nieces, Erin and Allison. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
