He was predeceased by: his father T. A. Booker. He is survived by: his mother Polly Booker; his brother Richard Booker; his children, Nicole Wittmer (Brian) and Cody Beeler (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Carmen Jones (James), Britton, Kyleigh, Aubree, Addalyn, Boston, Amelia, Mason and Leland; and his great grandchild Oakley.
