“It was an honor to know Senator, father, farmer, patriot, historian Frank Niceley. I will always remember Frank as a man that never compromised on his principles. Frank had a great sense of humor. Get Frank and Bud Hulsey together and you were guaranteed a great comedy duo. Frank was and always will be a Tennessee treasure. My prayers to every member of his family and all of those that knew and loved this wonderful man.”
