Judy Ann Knight Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Ann Knight of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Boudrau "Boodie" McCarter; and her granddaughter Chloe Shiverdecker. She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Bo" Knight; her children, Kim Sexton and Missy Lett (Eric); her grandchildren, Wyatt Hopkins, Lily Hopkins, Hadley Stahr, Faith Stahr, Thomas Lett and Blakely Sexton; her father Billy Joe McCarter; her brothers, Steven E. McCarter (Quilon), Danny McCarter (Donna) and Ricky McCarter; and her niece Jessica McCarter. She is also survived by extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home (162 E Meeting St, Dandridge, TN 37725). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grant's Chapel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests honoring Judy with memorial donations to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
