With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Julia Ann Sizemore of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Julia Ann left this world on December 13, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her daughter Jo Ann Mayton; her siblings, Connie Ray and Gary McCarter; and her parents, Katherine McCarter and Robert McCarter.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Sizemore; her daughter Charlotte Mayton; her granddaughters, Courtney Mayton-Faw (Chris) and Jazmin Mayton; her great grandchildren, Jasper and Phoenix; and her sisters, Betty Russell, Angie McCarter, Esther McCarter Silvey, Mary Bogue and Marilyn Stanley. She is also survived by many other extended family members and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Cove Road Primitive Baptist Church (1298 Cove Ln, Oliver Springs, TN 37840).
