She is survived by : her spouse Thomas "Tab" Blackburn; her mother Mary Hulon Johnson; her pet Izzy; her son Josh Bagwell of Summertown, TN; her siblings, Jennifer Alvarado (Thomas) of Geneva, AL, Virginia "Bug" Hawthorn (Bobby Gillespie) of Ozark, AL and Ronnie; and her sister-in-law Barbara Blackburn of Santa Fe, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
