He is survived by: his children, Charles "Charlie" Perry (Cindy) and Patricia Scott (Troy); his siblings, Carol Ann Hawkins and Carl Wayne "C. W." Perry; his grandchildren, Nan Barton, Jeffrey Michael Millikan, Kristen Millikan Clay, Paige Shepherd and Casey Millikan; and his great grandchildren, Jarrett Roden, Dillan Flores, Caiden Emmitt, Colby Brady, Zoey Shepherd, Elijah Clay, Cannon Millikan, Lillian Millikan, Nolan Millikan, Anya Sheperd, Lyla Millikan, Colt Millikan, Amelia Millikan, Garrett Milkian and Allison Millikan. He is also survived by 2 great great grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
