It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorretta Lynn York of Summertown, Tennessee, who passed away on March 13, 2026, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Edgar Ries Jr.; her stepfather Terry Tuckerman; and her nephew Justin Price. She is survived by: her mother Janet Ries Tuckerman; her husband David York; her daughter Brittany York; her siblings, Nick Nichols (Suki) of Texas, Kurt Nichols of Michigan, Edgar Ries III of Tennessee, Gene Ries (Michele) of Tennessee, Joyce Tuckerman Wilson and Crystal Tuckerman; and her granddaughter Bella Grace. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
