He is survived by: his wife Linda Shaffer Perry; his children, Jeff Perry (Terri) and Kelly Luna (Dallas); his grandchildren, Kate Perry-Oflaz (Olkan), Lauren Chard (Jordan) and Hope Smith (Jessie); and his pet Kitty.
