She is survived by: her husband Jack Curtis of Summertown; her children, Jackie Entrekin (Tommy) of Ethridge, Hal Curtis (Judy) of Summertown and Stan Curtis (Ranee) of Athens, Alabama.; her grandchildren, Justin Entrekin (Autumn) of Murfreesboro, Lindsay McMasters (Cody) of Leoma, Zachary Curtis (Sarah), Rachel Webb (Tyler) of Athens, Lucas Curtis of Summertown and Jacob Curtis of Chattanooga; her great grandchildren, Lucy, Amelia, Wyatt Curtis, Finley, Emersyn Webb, Sawyer, Sutton Entrekin, Audrey and Izzy Sisk; and her siblings, Paul Gandy (Patricia) of Hohenwald, Charles Gandy (Kathy) of Mt. Pleasant, Connie Gandy of Nashville and Jennifer Zimmerman of Mt. Juliet.
