He is survived by: his son Wade Higdon (Amanda) of Center Community, TN; his sisters, Doris Newton of Summertown, TN and Kathy James of Ethridge, TN; and his grandchildren, Eric Higdon (Braxton) of Huntsville, AL and Chris Higdon (Grace Young) of Summertown, TN. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
