He is survived by: his wife Heather Boutwell; his children, Emmiley Sallee (Brad Sallee), Mathew Campbell (Kaitlyn Campbell), Landon Boutwell, Kaden Boutwell and Ryleigh Boutwell; his mother Louise Hill Boutwell Bowling (Danny Bowling); his granddaughter Elise Campbell; his brothers-in-law, Keith Campbell (Regina Campbell) and Lee Campbell; his stepsiblings, Daniel Shannon Bowling, Brandon Bowling and Tasha Bowling; and his friends, Gerald Jarmush, Koralie, Richard Emerson, Charles Golden Sr., Mashailla Golden and Lelend Nitzschke. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
