She was predeceased by: her granddaughter April Marie Dyer of Phoenix; her mother Marine Minnie Phipps of Sunbright, TN; her grandparents, McKinley and Malinda Phipps of Sunbright, TN; and her siblings, Samuel Lee, Billy Ray, Joe Phipps of Sunbright, TN, Helen Thompson and Josephine Phipps.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Ann Brantner and Wint Joseph Dyer of Peoria, IL; and her grandchildren, Tabatha Dyer, Kimberly Dyer, Samantha Brantner, Amanda Brantner, Dakota Brantner and Makayla Brantner. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
